01. The Short Version
DonnyGotchi does not collect, sell, or share personal information. The game is designed to work without an account, advertising, analytics, or online profiling. This policy applies to the DonnyGotchi mobile and desktop app.
Your game progress and preferences stay on your device. They are not transmitted to us.
02. Information Stored On Your Device
The App stores game progress, settings, achievements, statistics, and similar gameplay state locally so your Donny can persist between sessions.
This local data is controlled by your device. Uninstalling the App or using the in-game restart option may remove game data. The App does not request access to your contacts, photos, precise location, or other personal files.
03. Notifications
If you enable notifications, the App may request permission from your operating system and schedule local care reminders. These notifications are generated on your device; the App does not send your data to a notification server.
04. Third-Party Services
The App does not use third-party services that collect personal information. The privacy policy link in Settings opens your device browser and connects to this website. Your browser, operating system, app store, and hosting provider may process standard technical data under their own privacy policies. DonnyGotchi does not control those separate practices.
05. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
06. Security And Retention
Because we do not receive or retain personal information, there is no personal account or remote user profile to secure or delete. Locally stored game data remains on your device until you remove it or reset the game.
07. Your Choices And Data Requests
You can disable notifications through the App or your device settings. You can remove locally stored game data by uninstalling the App or using the in-game restart option. Since DonnyGotchi does not receive personal data, we cannot provide a remote account export or deletion service.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
